Boskruin Butchery and Deli is a family run traditional speciality butchery offering a wide variety of fresh meat cuts and products, which include beef, lamb, local free-range chicken and pork. We are very specific on where we source our meat, making sure we support small local farmers and suppliers. We also have a dry ageing fridge where we dry age some cuts for minimum 21 days and are available for you to choose the cut and size.
Across the deli section we have a full variety of cold meats and sausages.
All our meat cuts, boerewors and sausages are made onsite by us, ensuring the highest standards are achieved and only the best spices and ingredients are used. We do not add fillers to any of our boerewors range or sausage range. We also pride ourselves on our gluten free range of boerewors, burgers, sausages, schnitzels to name a few. If you don’t see what you are looking for on the fridge shelves or want something cut to specification, we can help with that too.
Added to the range of meat cuts we stock a variety of locally produced and imported spices and sauces to compliment anyone of our meat offerings, from organic eggs to imported gluten free pastas, charcoal and firewood.
We also have a seated area outside with an amazing view where we serve breakfast and lunch. The menu has a wide variety of options which are all prepared and cooked onsite with our products. We are also licensed and serve local beer, craft beer on tap, wine and gin as well as some of the best coffee in Boskruin and surrounds, sourced locally from The Green Bean Coffee roastery.
